Our collection of Masdevallia species and hybrids is grown in our intermediate greenhouse. Winter temperatures range from 58 degrees at night to the mid 70s during the day. Summer temperatures can rise as high as the mid 80s. Our potted Masdevallias are grown in a mixture of sphagnum moss, tree fern and large perlite. Others are mounted on tree fern plaques. The majority of our plants are blooming size.
	Masdevallia Species
	Diodonopsis hoeijeri Not sure what this was before, it could have been Masd. hoeijeri, but that is now called Pteroon hoeijeri. Plant is blooming size and mounted, $22.
	Masdevallia abbreviata Intermediate to warm conditions; 4 inch baskets, $22.
	Masdevallia amabilis Cool temperatures; 2.5-3 inch pots $25.
	Masdevallia ampullacea An Ecuadorian species that is very adaptable to temperatures. Flowers are bright orange with a white rim around the tube.
	Masdevallia andreettana Intermediate temperatures; 2.25 inch pots, $20.
	Masdevallia bicolor Found from Venezuela to Bolivia as an epiphyte growing warm to cool. Mounted plants, $20.
	Masdevallia brachyura Warm to Intermediate temperatures; 2.5" pots $20.
	Masdevallia bucculenta Cool temperatures; 3 inch pots, $22.

	Masdevallia herradurae 3.5 inch pot, $40. We have specimen size plants in 3.5 inch pots. The pots are very full and robust. This will put on a big show of red flowers when they bloom.

	Masdevallia Celtic Frost (Angel Frost x glandulosa) Intermediate temperatures; 2.5 inch pots $18.
	Masdevallia Hawaiian Sunset (welischii x Highland Fling) We just had this hybrid registered. It produces beautiful reddish-orange to red, flat flowers. Blooms easily and frequently under intermediate conditions. Blooming size plant in 3 inch pot, $30.
	Masdevallia Highland Monarch (Highland Fling x Monarch) A robust growing, large flowering Masdevallia hybrid. Tall stems with rich, golden yellow flowers. Tolerant of intermediate to warm conditions, but will do best in cooler temperatures. Standard Masdevallia culture applies. In 3.5 inch pots $30. Blooming size plant in 3.5 inch pot, $30.
	*Masdevallia Shinichi Komoda (Copper Angel x tonduzii)* We have select divisions of a very fine plant, that is one of our favorites. The flower has excellent gold color, a well balanced shape and is VERY floriferous. In 2.5 inch clay pots, $25.
