Paphiopedilum Multi-florals contains members of the subgenera Cochlopetalum (e.g. glaucophyllum), Coryopedilum (e.g. philippinense), and Pardalopetalum (e.g. lowii).  These flower either sequentially, one at a time, or simultaneously, all at once.

Paph. Taiwan (platyphyllum x rothschildianum)
You long time paph growers will remember a clone called Paph. stonei var. latifolium 'Ruth Kennedy'. This was a large plant that produce light colored flowers. (The following is from Dr. Tanaka's Web Page) "Paph. platyphyllum was describe by Dr. Tomohisa Yukawa in Die Orchidee 52(1), 2001 as a new species from Borneo. In this description, Paph. stonei var. latifolium is introduced as a synonym of Paph. platyphyllum. so, Paph. stonei var. latifolium including ' Ruth Kennedy ' AM/AOS and it's offsprings by selfings must be Paph. platyphyllum. The previous name of this hybrid with the "stonei var. latifolium" was Lady Isabel. With the new species designation it is now named Taiwan. Remember that Paph. wilhelminae used to be a variant of Paph. glanduliferum, and was given species designation several years ago. Soooo  that means that this hybrid has been named William Ambler instead of Susan Booth which is the registered name of praestans (synonymous with glanduliferum) x rothschildianum .  We have bloomed at least 2 dozen of these and they are fantastic, dark color and large well presented flowers.
