A rare species with bright purple tips on the flower petals . The
contrast between the bright purple and the dark browns and greens of the
pouch is very striking. When not in flower the plant has beautiful mottled

This variety of the Paphiopedilum kolopakingii is just as large as the
normal one below. The only difference between the two is that the
topperi variant is green(er). These plants have 2 years from blooming and in

large before they bloom but when they do they can reward you with up to 14

This grex unfortunately has no parents listed. The only thing on the
label were the parents measurements, which were impressive. However you know
how proud parents can exaggerate. These are blooming size plants with a

The leaves are very broad and show potential to bloom in the spring of 2009,
